Return and exchange

In the event that he wishes to replace the ordered and received goods, the customer has the opportunity to replace the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them. The user is only responsible for the reduced value of the goods caused by testing them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The returned goods must be with tags and packaging, in the form in which it was received, in an undamaged commercial condition. A courier receipt must be attached to the shipment. The customer has the right to exchange purchased goods with selected product/s from the store. When a customer wants to replace a product with another one that is more expensive than the one he is returning, we deduct the amount originally paid by the customer for the product/s and inform the customer of the amount of the final surcharge.

Cancellation of order

Customers can return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. The user is only responsible for the reduced value of the goods caused by testing them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The returned goods must be with tags and packaging, in the form in which it was received, in an undamaged commercial condition. A courier receipt must be attached to the shipment. The value of the returned goods is reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of Art. 54 et seq. of the PPE. If the described conditions are not met, the return request will not be considered, and the products will be returned to the customer at his expense! The customer must send an up-to-date bank statement (to which the amount will be credited), along with their three names and phone number.

Courier costs for returned goods are at the customer's expense. The amounts are also reimbursed by bank transfer to an account specified by the Customer.

Complaints

Complaints can be submitted in the event of: found manufacturing defects of the goods, wrong goods sent, different from the ordered ones. Complaints for goods damaged during transport are considered only on the basis of a complaint protocol prepared in the presence of the courier. In the case of a complaint, the Seller assumes the value of the courier services at his expense. Complaints are accepted according to the procedure described in Art. 122 et seq. of the Civil Code. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted. Shipments sent by Bulgarian Post or other courier companies, except those with which the trader works, are not accepted. After accepting the returned goods, we will contact you and return the amounts due within 14 days. Shipments with returned goods that were damaged during transportation due to improper packaging will be returned to the customer at his expense. Carefully package the shipments to ensure the preservation of the goods during transport.
